While blinded by their own ignorance

Grandiose sense of self

Claiming to be unbiased

Stuck in place

And refusing to move

Growth becomes impossible

When you think you know everything

Improvement is but a dream

If you believe you’re already perfect

Logic reigns supreme

Emotions, an afterthought

Refusing to aspire for more

Because it would force you to change
