6. Why are certain historical stories considered fact while others are considered to be myths?
7. Why is the scientific method seen as the be-all-end-all form of education?
8. Why is thinking valued over feeling?
9. Why are men considered logical and women are considered emotional?
10. Why are there empty buildings all over the world and people living on the streets?
11. Why do Americans expect everyone to learn english when the majority cannot speak even a few words of any other language?
12. Why do we spend the majority of our days sitting down instead of standing up?
13. Why have we normalized inequality?
14. Why do we consider veterans heroes and people who fight back against the system in our own countries terrorists?
15. Why do we think that locking someone in a prison cell for years will improve society in any way?
16. Why do we live to work?
17. Why do we think Africa is a desolate wasteland?
18. Why is Latin America seen as dangerous?
19. Why is Europe the only destination the majority of Westerners choose to travel to?
20. Why are our TV shows, commercials, movies, and advertisements full of primarily white people?
21. Why have we created a world in which the color of your skin determines the types of opportunities you may have in life?
22. Why is weed illegal and alcohol is legal?
23. Why is the value of a human being determined by how much money they have in their bank account?
24. Why do we value material possessions over human connections?
25. Why are hard sciences valued more than liberal arts?
26. Why are our history classes taught through a primarily white male perspective?
27. Why do some people start their lives from a radically different level of privilege than others?
28. Why is there an expectation for everyone to start their own family?
29. Why are so many women sexually assaulted over the course of their lives?
30. Why does it feel like the only activity you do as an adult is drink alcohol?
31. Why are psychadelics demonized when they have been proven to help cure mental health issues?
32. Why does our society look down on hippies when they’re only trying to spread peace and love?
33. Why do we think that switching from plastic to paper straws is a sufficient response to climate change?
34. Why are topics like art and philosophy devalued to the point of almost non-existence in our societies?
35. Why do we believe that objectivity is actually possible when there are so many other points of view that are silenced along the way?
36. Why is certain hair considered professional while other types are not?
37. Why do we wear suits to work?
38. Why are women represented by colors like pink and purple and men are represented by colors like blue and green?
39. Why do we assign gender to arbitrary things like color anyway?
40. Why do women wear dresses instead of men?
41. Why is it abnormal to color our hair?
42. Why do we have different restrooms for men and women?
43. Is gender real? And what does it mean?
44. Do we actually learn anything at school or is it all for show?
45. What do people with office jobs actually spend their days doing? Is it beneficial for society at all?
46. Why do we spend our days inside buildings instead of outside?
47. Are there other colors we haven’t discovered yet?
48. Which political and economic systems are best? And what does best really mean?
49. Why do we put so much value on grades when they don’t intrinsically mean anything at all, especially after we are done with schooling?
50. Will any of these questions matter at all in 100 years?
If everybody would read these, think about them, debate them and formulate an answer we would be in a better place. So that’s exactly what I’m going to do, write all my thoughts about the manners in a notebook and formulate an answer for myself.

I think these questions are difficult ones to answer and definitely issues I struggle with in my own life as well. Sometimes there is no good answer and maybe the concept of good is relative anyway. When you write these answers, I would love to hear your thoughts.
